Pakistan National Cricket Team all-rounder Shadab Khan has made a big prediction for the two-match Test series against the West Indies National Cricket Team. He believes that Pakistan has enough firepower to dominate West Indies in the upcoming WTC series.
The two-match Test series between Pakistan and West Indies is scheduled to begin on Saturday, July 25 at the Brian Lara Stadium in Trinidad. After this, the second and last Test between the two teams will be held at Queens Park Oval from August 2.

Pakistan will win 2-0: Shadab Khan makes bold prediction
With the Test series holding crucial points in the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) 2025-27, both Pakistan and West Indies will be desperate to put up a strong performance.
However, Shadab Khan believes that the Pakistan national cricket team is in a much better position and backed his team to eliminate West Indies in the upcoming WTC Test series. The star all-rounder feels that Pakistan has a clear advantage as the conditions in West Indies could work strongly in favor of the touring players.
“Our team is much stronger than the West Indies and the conditions are also in our favour. I think our team will beat them 2-0,” Cricwick quoted Shadab Khan as saying.
Pakistan dominates head-to-head record against West Indies
Meanwhile, the recent Test record between Pakistan and West Indies is also in favor of the touring team. Pakistan have won three of the last five Test matches between the two teams, while West Indies have won two during their most recent meetings.
Overall, the two teams have played 56 Tests against each other. Pakistan has won 22 of these matches, while West Indies has won 19. The remaining 15 tests ended in draws.
Although Pakistan leads the head-to-head record, West Indies cannot be taken lightly. Meanwhile, the BCCI will finalize India’s Sri Lanka Test squad, reviewing the recent performances of the Shreyas Iyer-led side.

In the second innings, Awais Zafar and Salman Ali Aga both scored half-centuries and showed that the visitors had enough batting depth to trouble the West Indies bowlers. Pakistan’s bowling attack also performed brilliantly during the practice match.
