Rinku Singh steals Finn Allen’s bat in MI-KKR’s funny moment

In another funny moment, Rinku also steals Finn Allen’s bat that same night. Actually, Mumbai Indians had posted a funny video in which Suryakumar Yadav, Tilak Verma and Rinku Singh were seen checking Allen’s bat. They were just trying to understand how he hits the ball with so much power.

They were tapping the ball on the bat and talking about how solid it felt. But suddenly the whole moment became fun. While Suryakumar and Tilak were busy testing the bat, Rinku silently caught it and ran away as fast as a child stealing chocolates.

When Tilak called them and asked them to return the bat, both of them started laughing. These playful moments showed the friendly bond between the players and the fans loved it.

Rinku Singh moves forward with maturity after Ajinkya Rahane was ruled out due to cramps

During Mumbai Indians’ chase of the target, KKR suffered a sudden blow when captain Ajinkya Rahane had to leave the field around the seventh over due to severe cramps and dehydration. Rahane had already played an excellent inning of 67 runs in 40 balls, but he looked quite uncomfortable while fielding.

In his absence, Rinku was asked to take charge on the field. They performed at their best under pressure, rotating their bowlers better than expected and stretching the match much longer than expected after MI’s explosive start.

Despite taking the lead for the first time, Rinku’s on-field calls showed maturity and confidence. Earlier, Rinku had played an important role with the bat against MI. He scored an unbeaten 33 runs with the help of four fours in just 21 balls to help KKR cross the 220-run mark in the IPL 2026 clash in Mumbai.
